Sarah is a recent graduate who began her career at Pondera as a summer intern and has since transitioned to a full-time customer solutions associate. She also supports Rep-Lite, which is a sister company under the same talent platform as Pondera.
Consulting Experience
Sarah works closely with our team members to best support our clients through our primary services at Pondera such as Team Alignment and Effectiveness, Executive Consultation, Candidate Selection and Onboarding, and the PVA.
Education
Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Grand Valley State University. She plans on furthering her education by getting a MA in Counseling.
Personal Information
Sarah is a West Michigan native who enjoys playing tennis, reading, making art, rewatching the same TV shows, and spending time with friends and family. In the summer you will often catch her reading and relaxing at the lake.
