Executive Coaching
We approach executive coaching from a developmental and systems lens. No one succeeds or fails in isolation, so we involve others in the process to support the individual’s success. A consistent overarching goal is to enhance the clarity and alignment between the person being coached and their manager. Having clarity around how they are going to be evaluated, what expectations are, and what a win looks like, helps to anchor the coaching off those markers. Therefore, our role is to facilitate this process and serve as a trusted resource who provides objective outside feedback and coaching.
