Professional Experience
Alex is a recent graduate who began his career at Pondera as a summer Intern and has since transitioned to a full time Associate Consultant. Prior to joining Pondera, he had internships in the behavioral health field at Pine Rest and Sanford Behavioral Health. During his studies, he assisted with research on psychological assessments for two years.
Consulting Experience
Alex is quickly accumulating experience in our primary service areas of Team Alignment and Effectiveness, Executive Consultation, Candidate Selection and Onboarding, and with the PVA. Alex works closely with Joe Day and all of his clients. Clients will notice Alex’s enthusiasm about getting to know them and assisting them through our services.
Education
Alex received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University. He plans to pursue an MBA focused on management upcoming to further his studies.
Personal Information
Alex was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he continues to reside. He enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and boating, as well as spending time with his friends and family. He often spends weekends in Pentwater, Michigan, and continues to play hockey in a local men’s league, a sport he’s enjoyed since childhood.
