Judy Jackson is a human capital executive, culture strategist, and leadership advisor with more than 35 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change. She’s known for her candid perspective, practical approach, and ability to connect people, culture, and business strategy — especially in moments that matter most.
Before launching JLC Ventures, Judy held senior executive roles including Global Head of Culture at WPP, Global Chief Talent Officer at Wunderman Thompson, Chief Talent Officer at IPG Mediabrands and Digitas, and people leadership positions at Time Inc., ABC/Disney, and Planned Parenthood of New York City. Across these organizations, she led culture initiatives, leadership development, talent management, and workforce transformations that touched thousands of employees globally.
Consulting Experience
As the founder of JLC Ventures, Judy partners with executive teams on culture transformation, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, organizational design, and people operations. Her focus is on building the structures, systems, and leadership capabilities organizations need to scale — without losing what makes them great. Her clients have included Ogilvy, VML, McCann, IPG, Civic, Environmental Defense Fund, Pfizer, Management Sciences for Health, Richmond University Medical Center, St. Francis College, and Blue Sky Partners.

Education
Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The City College of New York (CCNY).

Judy has contributed to articles and publications on leadership and HR, and has been recognized with several industry honors, including Adcolor’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the 4A’s Gladiator Award.
She serves on the board of BRIDGE and is the co-founder of We All Rise Together, a professional community dedicated to helping leaders of color advance their careers, expand their networks, and build meaningful connections across advertising, media, and marketing.
