Professional Experience
Olivia joined the Pondera team as an intern in 2015 and has spent the years since learning from and being mentored by the firm’s founders and consultants. Today she brings a unique depth and breadth of understanding to her role as the leader and steward of the Pondera Virtual Advisor (PVA) and its online platform. In this capacity, Olivia ensures the rigor, science, methodology, and quality of how the assessment is taught, applied, and used across all internal and external business practices.
Consulting Experience
Olivia’s client work spans Candidate Selection and Onboarding, Team Alignment and Effectiveness, and facilitating Pondera’s Certified Interpreter Training. Clients value Olivia’s depth of expertise on the PVA and her objective, straightforward approach. She has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries, from professional services firms to nonprofits, helping leaders build stronger alignment within their teams.
Education
Olivia graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Spanish and a minor in Psychology.
Personal Information
Olivia is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, skiing, golfing, and spending time on the shores of Lake Michigan with family, friends, and her dog Murphy.
