Michael studied Architecture and Construction Management at Grand Rapids Community College. His early education in design, engineering, and construction helped shape the systems-oriented and analytical approach he brings to leadership and team strategy.
Personal Information
Michael was born and raised in Michigan and has built his career leading organizations in Michigan, Chicago, and in the Pacific Northwest. He is known for his calm, thoughtful leadership style and his ability to bring clarity and alignment to complex situations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing activities such as mountaineering, skeet shooting, as well as traveling and spending time with friends and family.
