Greg joined Pondera in 2008 after graduating from GVSU. He has grown significantly in his skills, experience, and responsibilities over the years. Greg is involved in most activities at Pondera whether its working closely with other consultants, managing projects, delivering services, or handling administrative duties.
Consulting Experience
Greg has amassed a wealth of experience throughout his tenure with Pondera in the key service areas of Team Alignment and Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Candidate Assessment and Onboarding, 360º Feedback, and Planning Facilitation.
Education
Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University and has a Masters of Social Work from Western Michigan University.
Personal Information
Greg lives in Grandville with his wife, Rachael, their three kids, Zoey, Simon, and Cora, and their dog, Hermione. They enjoy spending time in their pool, visiting with family and friends, attending University of Michigan football games, and traveling. Greg has played hockey since he was 4 and continues to play with his friends weekly.
